Now serving
Positions is how many of you are behind that counter right now - use + and - as people come and go, since it is what every waiting customer's estimate is divided by. Closing a counter takes it out of the estimate and stops new calls, and it takes its people with it: anyone called there goes back into the line keeping their number, with no rejoin counted against them, and anyone you were serving is marked done. Anyone you have put on hold stays on hold - you will need another counter to call them back to.

Venues
A venue is one physical site. Rows stay locked until you press Edit. Active can be switched on the row. Map pin is JSON: {"lat":-33.89,"lng":151.17,"radiusM":200}. GPS stays off until lat and lng are both set.

Services at
Grace window is how long a called customer has to appear before the ticket is voided. Rejoin cap is how many times they may rescan to rejoin after missing before they are locked out for the session. Who may join controls self sign-up only - a priority lane set to "Staff issue only" cannot be joined from its QR code, and staff can always issue a ticket at the counter whichever it is set to. Mixed tasks means this one queue covers more than one task. Add the tasks underneath. Staff pick one for each person on the live line.

Rooms at
A room is a name for a place at this venue, the same way a counter is named Chair. The Live line still uses the Service dropdown.

Counters
Closing a counter takes it out of the wait estimate and empties it: anyone called there goes back into the line keeping their number and costing them no rejoin, and anyone being served is marked done. Positions is how many people that counter can serve at the same time - a bay with three chairs is 3. Lowering it never moves anyone who is already there; it only stops the counter taking anyone new until it is back under.

Waiting-room displays
Open the link on the screen in the waiting room. It needs no sign-in and never shows a name.

Printable join codes
One poster per page. Print this tab and put a code on the door of each service.
